Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details when available.
Delivery Time
Most orders arrive within 10 to 15 days after shipping.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, weather, high-volume shipping periods, or events outside our control.

We currently ship within the United States only.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates, if applicable, will be shown at checkout before you place your order.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address used at checkout.
Tracking may take a few days to update after your package is handed to the carrier. If your tracking has not updated for several days, contact us at support@anchorsleep.co and we will help look into it.
Incorrect Shipping Details
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible at support@anchorsleep.co. We will do our best to update the address before your order ships.
Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.
Lost or Delayed Packages
